I came here for a quote on a broken chain I'd owned for over six months, and it snapped during their evaluation. It was frustrating to be told this was a risk without any compensation, especially after I'd lost parts of my gold chain. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Twice I brought a large collection for assessment, but instead of a fair offer, I was insulted and felt discriminated against. The shop owner stated my coins were worthless despite an identical coin being sold for $6,000. This place feels like a scam.
