I had initially encountered an issue with my appointment regarding a 1 oz gold Buffalo coin pickup. They quoted me a premium of $160, but when I arrived, the price had increased to $200 over the spot price. This was frustrating, especially since I had driven a long distance and they could have called me about the change. However, they later reached out and honored the original price, prompting me to revise my review to reflect their professionalism.

I had an excellent experience during the appraisal of my grandfather's coin collection. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Ultimately, I decided to keep the collection in the family, but I will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend them to others.
