Joe and his team performed exceptionally well through a family emergency. Just a week before our daughter's wedding, we needed engraved lockets to honor her ailing grandmother. They managed to have them ready, engraved, and delivered on time for the wedding. The lockets became a cherished memento in honor of Gram. We're very grateful!
