You have three payment options: online banks, e-wallets, and OTC (over-the-counter). The list of partners includes BDO, BPI, UnionBank for online banks; GCash, GrabPay, Maya for e-wallets; and several OTC partners such as 7-Eleven, Bayad Center, CLiQQ, Cebuana, and more.
help_outline How can I pay for my loan over the counter?
You can generate a code using the Skyro app before visiting an over-the-counter outlet. Show the code to the cashier to make your payment. Alternatively, you can use your SRN (Static Reference Number) received via SMS on the day of loan approval.
help_outline How long is the code for over-the-counter payments valid?
The code is valid for 24 hours.
help_outline Is there a fee I have to pay?
Yes, there is a ₱25 transaction fee when you pay using e-wallet or via over-the-counter partners. For online banks, the fee is ₱25 plus an additional fee ranging from ₱10 to ₱25. Currently, there is no transaction fee when paying via BDO or UnionBank, only the extra fee.

Typically, it takes seconds, but in rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing of your bank, e-wallet, or OTC.
