The owners are incredibly accommodating with jewelry repairs and special orders. My items come back looking as good as new, and I love the personal touch with their postcards announcing sales and coupons. I’ve stopped shopping at the mall because of the incredible service at DJO!

The prices are reasonable, but I found the selection a bit limited for my taste. However, the customer service was good and the staff were accommodating.
