Your item is bar-coded and stored in a secure vault throughout the entire loan period.

Do you provide insurance?

Yes, your item is insured for the duration of the loan for up to two times the loan amount.

How is my final loan offer determined?

Your final offer depends on an in-house evaluation factoring in the item's condition, value, and real-time pricing data.

What if I don't see my item listed under ‘Items We Accept’?

We accept a wide variety of assets. If you're unsure, please contact us directly.

Do I need identification?

Yes, a state-issued driver's license or photo ID is necessary for each transaction, along with US and International Passports or Matrícula Consular ID cards.

What is a Loan Renewal?

If you can't pay back your loan by the due date, you can renew it by paying the accrued interest and resetting the due date for another loan term of 120 days.

What is a Loan Redemption?

To retrieve your merchandise, return with your loan ticket and pay off the loan including principal, interest, and any fees.

Can a pawnshop sell my pawned item?

The ownership of the item stays with the borrower until the loan is defaulted. The item can only be sold if the loan is not redeemed or renewed.

What is the Return Policy on Purchases?

Items can be returned for store credit within 5 days of shipment, but we do not offer cash refunds. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
