When will my item ship?

In most cases, with the exception of 'Presale' items, your order will ship within 5 business days; however, due to insurance reasons not all inventory is stored at our facility, and additional shipping times may occur.

Where do we ship and how much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $199.00. Please note that we currently do not ship internationally, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

No, you may check out as a guest, however, we do encourage you to create an account so that you have a record of your orders.

Can I return my coin?

All bullion items are final sale. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Pinehurst Coins for assistance. All non-bullion items can be returned and/or exchanged if you call us within three (3) days of delivery of your order.
