What are your store hours?

Our store hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Do you buy old jewelry?

Yes, we buy gold, silver, and platinum jewelry, as well as coins and sterling flatware. If you're unsure of what you have, bring it in for evaluation.

Do you do repairs, and if so how long does it take to have my jewelry repaired?

Yes, most repairs are done in-house and typically take a week or less, though some may take longer depending on the complexity.

How much do you pay for gold and silver?

Our pricing is based on the current market rates which fluctuate daily, along with considerations for diamonds and gemstones.

Can you make my yellow gold ring look like white gold?

Yes, we offer Rhodium Plating, but it is a temporary solution and you should not do it more than once a year to avoid excessive wear.

How Does the Pawn Process Go?

A Pawn (loan) is essentially a collateral loan. You bring in valuable items, and we estimate their loan value, which you can exchange for cash. You'll have 30 days to either repay the loan along with the service charge to reclaim your items, or you can extend the loan by paying just the service charge for another 30 days.

What Types of Items Can You Pawn?

We accept all types of items including jewelry, gold, silver, guns, tools, electronics, musical instruments, and more. We strive to find value in nearly everything!

How Much Interest do you charge?

Our finance charges vary by the value of the merchandise: Under $500: 20%, $500-$1499: 16.6%, $1500-$4999: 12.5%, Over $5000: 5%.

What is A Forfeit Date?

This is the date we can put your items up for sale if they haven’t been redeemed and you haven’t contacted us within the grace period.

How do you value items?

Item valuation is based on multiple factors including condition, market trends, and our over 25 years of experience.

Is any merchandise 'stolen'?

Less than 1% of our items may turn up as stolen. We take precautions and comply with regulations to prevent such occurrences.

How is my merchandise handled?

Your items are treated very carefully. For security reasons, any device requiring passwords is reset to factory settings before resale.

Bringing all necessary parts and ensuring devices are charged can help speed up the process.
