Appointments are required on Mondays, otherwise you can walk in during normal business hours.

What are your business hours?

Our hours are Tuesday 1:30 PM to 6 PM, Wednesday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

You can get a loan in about 10 minutes.

How long do I have to leave my stuff with you?

There’s no minimum holding period; you can pick your things up whenever you want.

Can I extend my loan?

Yes, you can extend your loan by paying the charges due.

You can pawn just about anything of value, including jewelry, gold, power tools, musical instruments, electronics, rifles, shotguns, and more.

Can I have more than one loan?

Yes, you can have as many loans as you want if you have things to pawn.

Can I just sell my things?

Yes, you can bring your items in and we will buy them.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order number is created, all prices become locked-in and binding. Canceling may result in liquidation fees as per our Terms of Sale.

Does tarnish, scratches or dents affect the value of my bullion? Should I clean it?

Never clean bullion unless you're certain of its value. Blemishes like tarnish or scratches are common and do not affect its worth as value is based on metal weight and purity.

What do I do if my shipment is damaged?

Refer to our Terms of Sale for steps regarding damaged shipments. We will re-ship your order after the damaged package is returned.

What is the cash discount?

The cash discount applies to payments made via methods other than Credit Card and PayPal and is reflected in listed prices.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Shipping is scheduled based on payment receipt, and delays may occur depending on payment type and outstanding orders.

Why won’t you accept my credit card?
