No, once you’ve sold metals to us, the agreement is binding and cannot be changed.

Yes, valid government-issued photo ID is required for any sales.

Yes, you can sell your metals either in person at our store or by booking a sale over the phone.

Is my order insured while in transit?

Yes, all shipments from Canadian PMX are fully insured while in transit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques, debit, e-transfers, bank drafts, and wire transfers.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM.

Do I have to pay HST on Metals?

No, all Bullion .995+ is Tax Exempt because they are deemed financial instruments.

What is the 'LOCKED-IN' price?

Your purchase price is locked in at the time you place your order, but we have a volatility clause in place.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, quantity discounts are available and can be viewed on our product pages.

Is there a minimum order amount?

For online orders, the minimum order amount is $300, while in-store purchases have no minimum as long as stock is available.

Can I cancel my order?

No, orders are considered a legal binding agreement and cancellations are not allowed.
